That is incredible. 1988 AU was probably a top 3 SEC defense of all time.

We have gotten lucky several times in the last few years not to get shut out. It could easily happen tomorrow.

Holy cow, Hodson hit Fuller in the end zone on 10/8/88, and Auburn wouldn't allow another score until 4 games later against So. Miss.

I was at that game. First time at the Swamp. Auburn DB Shan Morris made an amazing defensive play to deny what would have been a sure td.

That 05 Bama game was a close call as was FSU last year.

Remember listening to this on the radio. It had been eons since aubie won in g'ville. That 88 aubie defense, only rivalries by their 87 defense was ungodly.
I remember Jim fyffe screaming "who says auburn can't win in Gainesville" at the end.
I believe Kyle Morris was Florida's qb. Emmitt did nothing. Stacy danley pounded the Florida defense.
