If they play a complete game then you're probably right.

Would not have bothered me at all if Clemson had jumped Bama after last week. #4 or better is the goal.

I agree.

Well, the SEC is tough enough already, but Clemson would be a great fit.

There can be only one Tiger Stadium and only three Tigers.

I thought they'd be the preseason #1. They returned a lot on offense and the defense looks pretty good.

They should have lost to Auburn and Troy.

May be sacreligious for a Bammer to admit, but Auburn seems to be much better than I thought they would be this year.

edit: After Appalachian St and UGA, Tennessee says close doesn't count.

What? Why SHOULD they have lost to Auburn? Auburn had to throw a hail Mary and they didn't catch it.

Gus choked the game away by making 87 QB changes.

I am still not sold on them as an SEC contender, but I am impressed with their apparent improvement on defense this year. Auburn's d is clearly the most improved unit in the conference.

Boston College with a Scott Loeffler led offense. They were doomed before they even started training camp.

Gotta consider them in top three, imo. Complete team. Very good defense.
