So, can the school sue Houston Nutt for the money we paid him when we fired him since part of our punishment will be due to the academic stuff that was under his watch? Obviously more has come out since 2016, but when our administration first reported that it was mostly under Nutt, the only infractions by the current administration were minor but the major one was the academic stuff. Pat Forde must be struggling. There's enough stuff on this investigation to write about without having to use Houston Nutt and some ambulance chasing attorney for an article.

So in the first NOA wasn't the major violations dealing with the academic stuff? There was still stuff with Freeze but the big one that everyone want us punished for was the ACT stuff from the guy who coached on Nutt's staff. Pretty sure if I was the attorney for Ole Miss I could easily argue that Bjork thought that was the smoking gun the NCAA had at the time of the original Forde article. I'm not saying I believe our administration didn't know stuff was going to come out about Freeze, but at that time nothing really had except for the Tunsil loaner car. And as far as Godfrey delivering a lie to the media, he is a writer so he is the media. If you look at the original NOA, wouldn't you believe the worst offense is the academic fraud?
