And players. It's hard for a bowl system and playoff system to co-exist.

Top two seeds should host the semifinal games in their home stadium. Just have the Natty at a neutral spot. This is too much

Agree with this.... as long as visiting team is offered a minimum 15,000 tickets.

It would be a much better atmosphere on a campus anyway.

Imagine had Michigan State come to Tuscaloosa and Oklahoma gone to Clemson? That would have been a much better atmosphere than Dallas and Miami.

The National Title Game should be the only playoff game at a neutral site.

Which is why I hope we see regular season neutral site games start to diminish.

I agree. It was really hard for us to justify going to the cotton bowl and then go out to Arizona for te title game.

But much like te super bowl, the people in the stands are increasingly becoming corporate sponsors and Joe Everyfan is left out.

I agree. Offer the away team 20k tickets and move on. It's tough to do both a week apart.

No doubt, it's way too much like the NFL now.

Alabama played at four neutral sites this year: the opening Kickoff Classic against Wisconsin, the SEC Championship Game against Florida, the Cotton Bowl against Michigan State, and the CFP National Championship Game against Clemson.

Something has to be done. The average college football fan doesn't have enough money to go to all four, much less two of them. The semi-final game should be played on the higher seed's home campus with the national title game rotated between the Rose, Orange, Sugar, Fiesta, Cotton, and Peach Bowls.

If the fans own TVs...then it's fine.

I agree. Most of the bowl games are bullshite bowls and should be done away with. A bowl is suppose to be a reward for a great season. Back when Coach Bryant held the record for going to bowl games it actually meant something because there were only about 6 bowls. Now it has become a joke. ESPN is ruining college football and so are the bowl games. This season was way to long.

Its all about tv revenue and gambling. They will find a way to play more if they can.

I agree with a lot said

Why do folks care about the lesser bowls existing? It's more or less just for those teams. If they lose money that's on them

It's different to make a top seed go to neutral site then go to ship

It won't go backwards, it will fall forwards. Become a studio sport.

Maybe the regular season neutral site games will start going away.
