This:
little man has changed how all of you view your teams, your coaches, and even makes you feel ashamed for being over 6ft. I am, I am ashamed.
He has changed the way reporters interview coaches. They now expect to be dismissed and ridiculed and know not to ask stupid questions.
He can ramble on and on and on about mind numbing football jabber and then all of the sudden just fricking snap, for no apparent reason, and make you realize you need to pay attention. He makes us all pay attention better.
Alabama is now back in it's rightful place of being feared and admired, scorned and respected, esteemed and simultaneously disrespected.
Somehow the SEC needs Louie and somehow the SEC has always needed Alabama to be strong. Hell, the United States college football universe has always needed Alabama to be somewhere near the top.
We all need someone or something to dislike and we all need someone or something to admire. Alabama fills that "roll" for most college football fans in America.
So, the next time you feel a need to vent about something relating to football and need a target or need to praise someone related to football, just look for this:
little fella. He will be whatever you need him to be. But most of all, he will likely beat the total shite out of your team on any given Saturday and almost make you think it was an honor to have it happen at his tiny little hands.
Afterwards, he's taking either a jet or a bad-arse Mercedes back to a lake and is going to be having fun while you analyze his lack of ability to smile or enjoy himself.

In many ways, Saban is our collective conscience, our awareness of who we are as football fans.
Think about it for a second. Who did your fans hope and wish their coach could be like before Saban came along? No one, that is who. There were no role models in the SEC before Saban changed the culture. He is the one other coaches admire and strive to be more like. He is the one that others are measured by.
Who was there before him? That grass sucking, marble-mouthed nutbag in RedStick? I don't think so.
Maybe Mark, I am the smarmiest guy you know and while I talk a real good game about doing it right, a very large percentage of players under my care, every single season, are either in jail or have been arrested, Richt?
And even more than that, Saban looks out over each and every poster on this board. He is here with us now.

You're obviously a sick frick who whacks his shite outside of Sabans house and I have no problem with that but:
This statement doesnt make any logical or illogical(for your sake) sense but I'm sure that doesn't matter to you.

TL;DR version.
Another incoherent rambling stream of thought from a bammer who loves football more than anyone or anything else in his life.

I see what you mean; some of these posters seem weird. I thought everyone loved Nick Saban.

Probably not as much time as it took you to read it.

Just a small tribute to the little man that everyone in the SEC, fans and coaches, look up to as their leader.

Thanks, whiskeyjohn. Everyone is thankful for this thread, even if they are afraid to admit it.

While I don't share your enthusiasm for Saban (respect the hell out of him tho), the pictures are great
