What utter BS. I'm thinking that four talented hackers out at Oak Ridge rigged the ballot box by voting a few thousand times each.
Nobody else in the country has ever heard of this vote outside of the state of Tennessee, I'm guessing.

You mean outside of Knoxville. I have lived in Tennessee all my life and have never heard of this BS vote.
