Neyland Stadium tailgating/parking?

Thinking about taking the family to the LSU game and wondered how is the parking and tailgating there? Thanks!

Honestly when we go "im not from tennessee" we stay at a hotel a few miles away, and a bus comes by and picks us up hr before gametime and drops us off, then picks us back up and takes us to hotel after.

Parking is shitty. If you don't mind walking a good ways, I usually park out at the basketball HOF and walk down the river by Vol Navy.

What hotel? I will be going to this game also. COming from 8 hours north of UT.
