De'morea Stringfellow, former Under-Armour All-American

#3

WR 6'3 229lbs., transfer from Washington

Freshman stats at Washington: 20 receptions, 259 yards, 1 TD (92% of those came in the last four games of the season)

Was supposed to be Washington's go-to receiver his sophomore year.

Should be an excellent complement for Treadwell, who is on pace to be 100% by the fall, quite possibly the summer.

I expect him to benefit similarly to how Williams benefited with Coates.

Assuming he qualifies, I expect juco WR Dominique Reed to make an instant impact for us

Yea and Duke had a whopping 730 yards last year in Malzahn's Madden Offense. Breaking records over there.

True freshman who hadn't played most of the year...I'd say that's a pretty solid end to his first year.

ETA: I just wanted y'all to know who he was before hearing Matt Millen rave about how your opponent can't handle him.

Solid yes.
Worthy of thread calling him the next Duke Williams... meh

That was in the Pac 12 against Oregon St,Washington St,Colorado etc. Sorry if I'm not sold on him coming in and tearing up Bama,LSU, etc

Never said he'd "tear up" Bama and LSU.

For the record, Duke Williams didn't "tear up" LSU (2 receptions, 28 yards).

Basically, I'm just saying he compares to Duke Williams because he's a big body WR that most of the SEC won't know about until the season and will complement the go-to receiver VERY well.

His man boobs are comparable to Cam Robinson, who's a beast, so he should be pretty good

So both go over 1000? That's what Auburn fans said Duke and Sammie would do last year.
