What could possibly go wrong if a crazy arse bitch had a gun in a sporting event?

Good. Next step is for Marc Curles to enter the stadium....

Why?
Seems unnecessary.

What people don't understand is that if you're in a crowded place and someone starts shooting, you are going to get shot yourself if you start shooting at the gunman.
And it's a chain reaction from there because people are only going to hear shots and shoot at the first person they see pointing a gun.

Depends on the service, but most are there and the rest are going to it. It's not a great department, but it's devastating to threaten an institution over it.
If she wanted to attack it on the basis of they are over the top for some things and issue a statement of disapproval and initiate conversation for things, like when the university instituted Transgender bathrooms in all buildings when only 5 of the 12,000 students are trans. I could get on board, but this rep uses her position to threaten folks.
My point on that issue is that accreditation should not be dependent on having this department. I agree that that representative is crazy and should be recalled.

And in Alabama if you are caught DWI or drunk in public you lose your CCP if you are caught carrying and drunk.
This is what will keep your drunks from carrying.

Please give me ONE example where this has ever happened. This scenario is parroted by those that are completely ignorant of proper CC carrying, because it seems plausible but in no way would it ever happen.

It's great to see a state legislature doing something to benefit all citizens, especially innocent bystanders!

This is literally the dumbest fricking idea I ever heard of. What is the point of this
I can't think of a single incident at an SEC football game in the last 20 years that would have been 'solved' with a citizen carrying a gun. I know when I was at Alabama, there were armed cops everywhere on gamedays. Even then I can't recall them needing to employ the use of a firearm.
Even if you can walk in with a weapon, it isn't necessary for the state to condone that activity. I desperately hope this doesn't lead to any shooting incidents. Rest assured, all it would take is one and people will start looking for other entertainment (or even educational) opportunities. Very high risk, seemingly no reward.

thank god auburn isn't letting mesh bags or fanny packs. That is downright dangerous.
Are you guys serious with this shite? It's pretty brave of Auburn to let you carry your wallet into games, you just need some clear plastic pants and clear plastic jackets to get in.
Umm...Arkansas has the same bag policy. lol

Will guns be allowed in the stadium, though? I mean, it's not ILLEGAL to bring a lot of things in, but they are still banned by the stadium.
