Could have played it at a fricking high school stadium somewhere. Anything is better than this.

Someone on here said those games are usually bad for everybody, but I don't remember the reasons.

Learning from Urban Meyer. I'm surprised they didn't have the team fake heart attacks before running from competition.

Could have played in New Orleans, yeah it's close to B.R. but Saints have a bye this week, and T.U. has their own stadium, now.

Which southern NFL teams are home? Nashville? Houston? Charlotte? There HAVE to have been options. Was really looking forward to this game, especially the early time slot as I might have been able to see the entire game.

Coach Mac was crying to the League office for 2 days about not playing outside of Gainesville. Not in B.R, Mobile, B.ham, NOT playing outside of Gainesville.

Somehow LSU's reasoning for being frustrating is flying so far over your head it's astounding.

When Katrina hit Louisiana, Slive said "tough titties" and made LSU play on Monday. When Florida has ample time to determine a proper move, it's cancelled.

Quit acting like we give zero fricks about the people affected by the storm. that's not even the point. jesus.

...because Florida was angling for cancellation all fricking week.

The goal was not to play the game in a safe location. The goal was to avoid LSU.

yea i mean obviously we do. LSU offered all sorts of accommodations, none of which were good enough for Florida and Florida flatly refused a neutral site. Why would they do that if they had any interest in playing this game?
