Everybody is dogging on A&M, because they had 2 transfers. How does your team look when you investigate how many players with remaining eligibility have left and entered your program this season (attrition). Fill out the programs you follow.

A&M
Lost (3)-Kyle Allen, Kyler Murray, and Germain Ifedi
Gained (4)-Trevor Knight, Keith Ford, Priest Willis, and TD Moton

Arkansas
Lost (2)- Hunter Henry, Denver Kirkland

LSU
Lost (5) John Diarse, Maquedius Bain, Mickey Johnson, Clifton Garrett, Jerald Hawkins
Gained (1) Danny Etling

Transfers have to happen. Each team signs 25+ players a year that is 100 players every four years. You are only allowed 85 scholarships in the fall. Attrition has to happen every year to make the numbers work.

People aren't dogging A&M because they lost 2 transfers it is the fact that they lost 2 quarterbacks that started this year and would be battling to start next year in a supposedly qb friendly system.

How many you think will list both their starting quarterbacks?

How many programs have two starting QBs?

No, Murray wouldn't have been.

Curious which "Allen" you're referring to. Brandon has no more eligibility. His younger brother has not said anything about transferring.

As for Collins, he's likely gone, but no official announcement as of my typing this.

The other two mentioned, Henry and Kirkland, are going to the NFL, not to the Houston Cougars. Their leaving might leave Arkansas looking for suitable replacements, but it does not indicate some sort of trouble on the Hill. To the contrary, it indicates to me that the program is beginning to thrive, and preparing players to take the next step.

Yeah your whole argument is stupid. Murray and Allen were both 5 star players at the most important position on the field.

And they left willingly even though they were guaranteed starting positions.

You only have three players from the current roster that won't be on the 2016 roster? You brought up Allen who is a senior. I think the op's point was players transfering/leaving early, not seniors.

it's about a lot more than transfers. just to start with, a&m employs a rabid drunk for a head coach and gives him millions of dollars every year to get drunk and wreck their program while at the same time soaking more millions into upgrades and such that are squandered because they've left a drunk in charge of their program.

Allen was never guaranteed the starting position.
