Since this is an SEC Rant Page thought I would drop this in, LSU, Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Arkansas and Utah are in the Final 6 for the NCAA Women's Gymnastic Championship...Go SEC.....5 of the 12 teams were SEC and now 5 of the final 6 are SEC.......

The only teams to ever win a national title in gymnastics are Alabama (4), Georgia (9), UCLA (5), and Utah (8). Crowning a national champion began in 1982.

I think Women's Track has only won 24 NCs

11 indoor
13 outdoor

Only Stanford (36) and UCLA (30) have won more women's national championships

No, Women's Track won their 14th outdoor title last summer. So 25 total is correct.

NCAA Championships anyway. The AIAW did it before that for women's athletics, and I only know this because Florida was the last AIAW Gymnastics National Champion (1981-1982 Season).

We haven't had gymnastics for long so that's pretty cool. I didn't know this. Shows how much I keep up with gymnastics.

Good luck to them.
