Who cares? Btw is it football season yet?

This scandal had me very concerned. Whenever this shite breaks out right before the season, the fricking barners win. Save the drama for the next offseason, otherwise they're gonna at least win the conference.

So a "Compliance expert" from some other College "thinks" this "may" be trouble? If you aren't a STEM major your degree was probably as much a joke as Public Administration.

Much ado about nothing.
An NCAA compliance expert believes there "could be a potential NCAA issue" at Auburn after the athletic department reportedly lobbied to keep an athlete-friendly undergraduate program from being eliminated.
What part of "could" is not understandable to Puppet?

But if we got the death penalty what would you do to occupy your time?

A girl I went to high school with graduated on an accelerated track, went to AU a year early, and graduated with a PA degree. She's now city administrator for a rather large US city. Not to shabby for a "crap" degree.
Would like to hear what Bama players are doing after college with those big General Studies degrees......

1. Random story about Auburn with no actual evidence of any wrongdoing.
2. Uncovered by someone who is at a comfortable "distance" from Alabama.
3. Media outlets mention it in passing.
4. Posted about on tiger droppings.
5. The window licking bammers and jealous fans of the SEC begin to salivate.
6. Auburn pulls together and wins a championship.
7. Brief investigation reveals nothing improper happened and story dies.
8. Auburn puts another championship trophy in the case.
9. Uga cries in their little corner and mutters something about academics or integrity.
10. Redneck bammer kills something or someone over the championship.
Sounds good to me.
Let's do this people!!!

Such bull shite. My wife graduated with a degree in Public Administration and today works for the State of Georgia...doing guess what..."Public Administration". This was not a gimme degree back in the day at least.
Athletes often select majors based on their ability to play their sport and get an education. Time constraints on both tend to force that balance and drive athletes to business majors, or other humanities majors for this reason alone. Even at schools like Vanderbilt.
If you have XX athletes majoring in a degree program then the university suddenly wants to kill that program for lack of funding, other student interest, whatever, you just leave the kids in the major hanging?
To me it just looks like the Athletic department stepped up to help fund a short coming to help these athletes. Given that the players are on scholarship, they have a vested interest in seeing them complete their degrees.

Will be hard as hell. This is a real major. Every school has easier majors that athletes get into.
