NCAA to stop Saban may be only answer

If one team stockpiles talent and is a virtual professional team and other teams are at an enormous disadvantage due to this, doesn't something have to be done?
Alabama would have to be limited on the number of 4 and 5 stars they can have sitting on the bench waiting to come in and play backup. The NCAA would decide which players they were not allowed to have on their team each season.
If something isn't done, you have what is just a pro team playing and beating up on students who will never be able to beat them. The
recruiting that Saban is doing is creating a totally unlevel playing field/unfair advantage.
As with everything, rules are modified as time goes on to adapt to different situations. This situation with Alabama is the most pressing issue to date and will be fixed soon. Really, you just can't have one
single team getting all the great players every single year with no let-up. That type of domination and monopoly isn't good for the players or the sport.

FBI RICO? DEA conspiracy to distribute deer antler? IRS undeclared income?

Think about it though. Parity was created for a reason in college football. It was to prevent this very team, Alabama, from having 150 players on its roster.
Well, USC, Ohio State, Michigan, Notre Dame, Texas, Oklahoma, etc... were doing the same thing Bama was doing and the NCAA decided to legislate some equality to prevent the big teams from dominating unfairly.
Isn't Bama basically unfairly gaining an advantage at this point? I mean, come on, six #1 recruiting classes? It doesn't make sense to allow that.
Once again, the NCAA needs to step in and legislate Alabama to keep them under some kind of reasonable control.
Everyone can agree on that.

The deer antler supplement was a factor in many Alabama victories as our players were all jacked up on it. But, it wasn't technically illegal at the time so, oops.
Players on opposing teams said that the Alabama players would get the deer antler spray and just spray it straight into their eyeballs on the sidelines.

For some reason I doubt your sincerity in addressing this topic but assuming that you're being sincere, there is without question an enormous imbalance in college football and there always has been. Right now, the only thing unprecedented about it is that Saban has been able to stockpile it all on one team and do so year after year whereas before the top talent would've been spread out amongst many more teams but overall there's always been haves and have nots in college.
Hell, Spurrier addressed this very thing (specifically Alabama's recruiting versus every other team in the nation) and concluded that 'there's nothing fair about college football' and to be frank he's right.
That said, the NCAA can't and won't police recruiting in a way to create parity -- the best they can muster is to go after blatant cheaters or investigate on what they're tipped off to but they're not set up to police recruiting from a parity standpoint, only a rules and violations standpoint.

So you are saying that the rules and violations guidelines need to be used against a team like Alabama. It may be the only true way to create some honest parity among Alabama and all other teams.

We promise to leave the NCAA out of this if you'll return the favor.

No. I'm not saying they need to be used to go after them but that policing recruiting from a strictly rules standpoint is about all the NCAA is setup to do. The NCAA isn't setup to make sure that all 128 FBS teams have the same chance to land a recruit, only that all 128 have to follow the same set of rules.
If the NCAA were to go after BAMA it would have to be based on something more than that they have to much talent stockpiled which isn't a rules violation.

On a side note, Michigan and Wisconsin signed over 25 players. I expect all Big 10 fans to be morally outraged at this unfair advantage and demand retribution. Think of the children Harbaugh will throw into the cold streets of Ann Arbor.

It's called sanctions. And about once a decade Bama gets reminded.
In all seriousness, Saban has used his model and process to build something that seems almost unfair in today's CFB. The 85 scolly limit, rules of recruitment, etc., were put in place to prevent this such thing from happening. But winning, and winning at such a high level, with a great coach, staff, facilities, has set Bama on a different level... NCAA or no NCAA. And as long as Saban stays around, continues to get great assistant coaches, he will be a threat to win the title most every year. His work ethic is relentless, his recruiting is even more relentless. In the end, most coaches, schools, etc., can't wake up each day and say they did more to beat their opponent yesterday. And that's why Saban is Saban and Bama is Bama.

Bama should never lose honestly
But your time is coming

LSU signed more Top300 players this year. So I'd say not all the talent is going to Bama.
.....just all the linebacker, d-tackle, and d-end talent.

Saban has a process in place that he developed and is widely successful. Initially when he came in there was some recruiting "liberties" that he and the Bama staff took, but I doubt that's the case anymore due to the success of "the process"
He knows how to set up a program
He can sell 5 star recruits on the fact that he can get them to the pros
He and his staff have a top notch training and conditioning program that they get these kids on after they identify them in their junior year of high school
Saban has an intel network that makes the NSA blush
He understands the art of the sale
He works all angles...if you need to convince momma or the reverend he gets info on them to and gets leverage.
He creates a deep rotation on his defenses especially so as not to use these kids up
He gets them to the pros
Once they get to the pros that is another matter...

So Saban is a failure then since he has been losing to lesser teams

Bama is tGOAT. Would be surprised if anyone comes within 21 of Bama next year. Saban might be immoral and coach forever. All Hail King Saban
