I just listened to it and thought he melted pretty hard. Surely CBS can find someone better than Gary Danielson. He's comes off as whiny and obnoxious.

How old were you between the period of '07 and '09? You obviously don't remember the days when Florida was a staple of the SEC on CBS.

Was a student at LSU, watched Florida games constantly, nothing Verne did during that time can beat Gary Saturday IMO.

Not tv but Stan White during last season's iron bowl was a pretty epic melt.

Gary is a credit to college football and his commentary was 100% accurate.
