Stanford will always win it and UF will always lead the SEC.

Yep. SEC has a bunch of schools that will make moves. Alabama is the favorite to win the Women's Golf Title and is in the national Top 3 in Softball too. Bunch of other SEC schools like that in Tennis/Golf/Track/Softball.

18 is too low. A&M needs to step its game up.

Good thing we still have
#1 Men's T&F
#2 Baseball
#5 Women's T&F
#13 Men's Tennis
#17 Softball
#18 Women's Tennis
#23 Women's Golf
Men's Golf (RV)

Hopefully that is good enough to get back in to the top 10.

Those remaining sports will help Kentucky move up further as well. Also, the Mississippi schools.... step it up.

Yep, almost all of the Top 6-7 schools (UF, A&M, UGA, AU, Bama, UK, LSU) have 3-4 teams in the Top 10 of various spring sports.

Alabama
#1 Women's Golf
#3 Softball
#9 Men's T&F
#18 Men's Golf

Gotta guess the final tally will look something like

Florida
Texas A&M
Georgia
Kentucky
Alabama
Auburn
LSU
Arkansas
Tennessee
South Carolina
Ole Miss
Missouri
Vanderbilt
Mississippi St

The Big 10 is dominant right now because of winter sports. They will goose egg the spring sports unless Michigan wins softball- look for the tournament committee to give them a break in the seedings and avoid SEC teams and have SEC teams eliminate each other just like they did last year. They don't want SEC v SEC in the finals. I think Auburn and Florida should be in opposite brackets for a blockbuster final: great pitching vs great hitting.

Princeton at #25... with zero scholarship athletes.

Currently, only 3 SEC schools ahead of us. But, see what I said about the Big 10 above. Same for us except Lacrosse and rowing.

Alabama basically has m&w's golf and softball left to compete for a natty. Other than that, I can't see them winning a natty in any other sport. Not even confident in men's golf this year with Shelton and Lovelady.

Tennessee will add a few more points with:

#25 Women's Golf
#11 Softball
#24 Men's Track
#16 Women's Track

Men's golf is on bubble for NCAAs

We've had some close years, but we just don't have enough men's teams to compete annually.
