Garrett's wonderlic of 31 was greater than all but two of the QB's in the draft.

Yes it is true. Myles Garrett scored 31 on his wonderlic, higher than Texas A&M's QB as well as all but two of the QB's in the draft including Tennessee's Aerospace Engineer.
