Orange Bowl (CFP Semifinal): Alabama
Alabama wins the SEC Championship in a 31-0 type game, but North Carolina's upset of Clemson gives Bama the top seed and the Orange Bowl bid instead of having to play Oklahoma in a road game in Dallas.
The Michigan State/Iowa winner gets the No. 3 seed, but who sneaks in the No. 4 slot? Ohio State? Stanford? North Carolina?
Sugar Bowl: Ole Miss
Congrats, Rebels on your Sugar Bowl season. Hunter Henry might be the most hated opposing player in your history now. Probably going to end up getting Oklahoma State in New Orleans. Should be one of the better bowl games.
Citrus Bowl: Florida
The Gators seem destined here, unless they can pull the upset of Bama in Atlanta, in which they will go to the Sugar Bowl and Bama will play in the Fiesta or Peach Bowl. Likely opponent seems to be Michigan or Ohio State. Wouldn't the latter be a fun game?
Group of Six Bowls
Outback Bowl: LSU
A disappointing finish to the LSU season ends up in Tampa against an overmatched Big Ten team, likely Northwestern.
Texas Bowl: Mississippi State
A&M makes sense here, but remember the Aggies played in Houston to open the season. Opponent could be any of the mid-level Big 12 teams: West Virginia, Texas Tech, TCU or even Baylor if Texas beats the Bears Saturday.
Taxslayer (Gator) Bowl: Georgia
This one is tough. Tennessee was here last year and MSU's last trip was horribly attended. The lack of excitement around Georgia's program might send the Dawgs here. Wisconsin or Penn State would make it an exciting "helmet" matchup.
Music City Bowl: Texas A&M
A&M could end up in the Gator and Georgia here, but I can't wait for the Texas A&M - Miami matchup in Nashville.
Liberty Bowl: Arkansas
The rumor mill says this one is all but set. The Big 12 opponent is still in the air. Kansas State or West Virginia seem likely.
Belk Bowl: Tennessee
Vols and Duke in Charlotte.
Birmingham Bowl: Auburn
The upswing of the AAC makes this an interesting matchup, albeit a terrible locale. Memphis or Navy will likely be the opponent, both teams that spent a good portion of the season ranked.

Pretty sure Alabama would play in the Sugar Bowl in this scenario.
Alabama would still be ranked higher than Florida.

We were there 2 years ago and brought like no fans.
They aren't taking us.
Either Orlando, Houston, or Jacksonville for LSU. Probably one of the first two.

Remember that time you claimed all of Mississippi State's 1941 SEC Championship squad died in WWII?
Pepperidge Farm remembers.

The SEC champion goes to the Sugar Bowl unless they're in the CFB Playoff so in that scenario Florida would go to the Sugar.

SEC Champion would go to Sugar if available. Ranking only comes into affect if Champion is in the playoff.

Got it.
Wasn't sure if that was the case, because all I've seen is the talk of "highest-ranked team"

Not a problem. I think most people are assuming Bama wins it. To be fair, if Florida keeps it close, the committee may keep the Gators a slot above Ole Miss because of the head to head. I'm not saying its right, because UF is a different team without Greer, but who knows what they will do.

Champion goes to sugar if they don't make the playoff.

The Big 12 rep to the sugar bowl will be determined by the standings. If Baylor beats Texas, it will be Baylor. If they don't, it'll be OK State.
