Update: Adam said it isn't a joke. This would be a huge loss for Auburn.

I highly doubt this. There would be no benefit to him transferring after getting all-SEC and being the sure star next season. The only thing I could see is something family related, but I haven't heard anything about that. Heck, an article about him was posted last night:

Others said there was nothing to this rumor.
He's from Connecticut so if he left Auburn for anywhere you would think it'd be UConn. This just sounds like wishful thinking from St. John's people to me. That wouldn't make much sense
Oh and as usual I'd like to the thank the Bama fanbase for keeping me up to date with all Auburn related news and doing it at lightning speed

AU 247 Marcello hearing nothing to it from someone close to program. Would be a little surprised if he transferred unless it's to move closer to home. We will see. I wouldn't be shocked because I am convinced AU basketball is cursed
