False.....spurrier quit in that team in more ways than one. It won't take too long for them to go back to having an all time losing record.

I don't think he'll win 9 SEC games in his 3 year tenure before he's fired.

false…USC is not the place to be successful as a football coach. USC is finally what made Spurrier quit. He had the 11 win seasons and that was probably more than 99% of the coach's out there could do and he finally quit. You can polish a turd and its still a turd.

I hope he wins 9 games before they have to fire him.

I think there is a possibility of that if he recruits good and has an average, functionally offense.

Wouldn't it be great ... wouldn't it be sweet justice, if Muschamp wins more games at SCAR than does Smart at UGA. I mean talk about karma kickbacks.

And listen, I'm not anti-Smart and could honestly care less about who hired whom ... it'll all wash-out in the end. And I get the whole Mizzou obsession with our coaching hire from their fans ... they are micropeen-insecuritists as a whole. Not all of them, but most of them.

But this recent uptick in obsessive behavior from a few UGA fans ... it's beginning to take-on an interesting dynamic. I had no idea but ... meh, rivalry application still denied.

Insecure? Lol SC hired Muschamp. I'm fricking happy. It's a free win for us every year in the SEC. Thanks Ray Tanner!

Yeah, lulz, I mean it had nothing to do with age or stage in life or anything like that ... dumbass.

That's not happening. He'll be coaching in the MAC or something like that, if he's lucky, in the next five years. Unless he goes back to being a DC. I just don't think he has that 'it' factor at the head coach level.

You could be right. It's a big step up from SC to Clemson or NC in terms of prestige. I could see NIU taking him from SC if he proves worthy..they are an up and comer...not a graveyard

He won't have 1/2 the players he had at UF. Bringing in Roper was fricking idiotic.

Sounds outlandish but hell anything is possible in the East.

That's an interesting prop bet.
