I really respect La Tech as a team. They are a dangerous team to have to deal with. He should have been happy with the arse whooping the put on Ole Miss and barely beating us. Instead he put a spotlight on his shortcomings as a coach.

It makes me wonder if Tech and MSU switched budgets what the score would be. Does money "really" matter? Or is it more about the region you recruit?

It's more about La Tech having players that can't qualify academically in SEC schools. The players ARE just as good. Even Johnthan Banks stated the best receivers he played against last year were from La Tech

I don't believe that. I think there is just a fine line between a 4 Star player (ranked 5.7) and a 3 Star player (ranked 5.5). Recruiting isn't an exact science... unless you are LSU/Alabama and you get the bona fide studs. Outside of those few players, it's a crapshoot.

All Dykes was saying is that their starters were just as athletic as Miss St's. The depth was the problem. You moo staters took this way out of proportion.
