Before the game, Ark was ranked top 20 and averaging 276 yards on the ground per game. MSU, held them to 163.

MSU is now ranked 24th in the nation in rush defense.

Up next... Bama. Ranked 30th in rushing carrying it for 218 per game.

I'm not nearly as worried about their running game as I am cooper. If we limit the big plays to cooper, I like our chances

And they held your run game to 66 yards. What exactly is your point?

You were bragging about your run D. That was my point.
By the way, they aren't such a bad team are they? If Bert were not a play calling genius you probably go OT.

Arkansas is much better than I thought. We gift wrapped a td on the punt muff, but they capitalized. No way they go winless

I never stated that Ark was bad.

MSU will game plan for bama for 2 weeks. Not worried about the prep.

Not really worried about their run game. I'm worried about the new defense coming this week.

A lot here were getting on Bama for having a tough time
in Fayetteville. And now MSU has a tough time at home.

My point is it makes that close game look better that the perception of it was, because Arky is not a bad team.

A little secret no one wants to talk about regarding Arky's run game is that they haven't had much success against decent run D's.

163 ypg is exactly what they are averaging vs. SEC opponents.

yes, I sure do. What I know is that you beat an LSU team that wasn't close to what they are now...and you beat Auburn after being gifted all those points....other than that you have played a weak schedule....with a couple tough games at home. At one point I was pulling for MSU if LSU couldn't make it....but now, watching MSU play the last few weeks, there isn't any doubt in my mind that they will embarrass the Sec W one way or another....likely losing to the East in the Championship game, and leaving the SEC out of the playoff completely. But, keep talking your shite troll.....

I didn't realize it was a secret that every SEC team Arkansas faced has stacked the box due to Chaney's inability to prevent it with his play calling.

Allen under Center = Run.

Allen in shotgun = Pass.

You do not have to worry about play action because the receivers are not fast enough to get separation, so play the run when Allen is under center and you get either an incomplete pass or sack off of PA.

of course they aren't....don't bother with the fact they haven't won a conference game in 2 years...they played you close and should have beat you....so they are a good team obviously...in the mind of gumps.....remember that KY played MSU a good game last week as well.

Serious question... Will you stop melting this year or is it terminal?
