State plays "at UMass" next week but the game will be played at Gillette Stadium, home of the New England Patriots. The Minutemen make the return trip in 2017, and there is no cost to MSU for this game.

They just pulled the same scheduling deal with Louisiana-Lafayette. 2018 in Starkville, 2019 "At ULL" but in the Superdome.

$1 million or so for more cabanas instead of buy games!

ULL will fill up the dome, don't see any problem with this.

Lol MSU going for three in a row against Auburn this year.
Lol Auburn baseball kept Auburn from finishing dead last among West schools in the big 3 sports last year.

IMO that's actually good scheduling, New Orleans is badass and it's a game y'all should win.

Im making the trip to Boston next weekend. We should kick their arse, and I can't wait to see Gillette Stadium. Plus the history nerd in me loves Boston!

Yeah, cause planning a game in New Orleans is obviously a worse choice than making 2 in Starkville or one in Lafayette.

Pretty sad when you don't enjoy your own town

I'd check which "town" I live in. Yes I enjoy New Orleans more than Starkville.

yea but the actual state of mississippi is really close to Nola and gives those fans in the southern part of the state a chance to see them without traveling to Starksville.
