I'll go ahead and throw out the easy one to get us started, 1985 Mississippi State. List players who played in the major leagues.

Rafael Palmeiro (OF)
Will Clark (1B)
Bobby Thigpen (P)

Lynn
Cozart
Coghlan
Satterwhite
Henry
Presley
Wright

Frankly 2005-2007 was the best era of OM Baseball and they couldn't get to Omaha. 2014 was pretty incredible that they made it when we did.

It is not though. Lots of college success, but not a ton in the bigs.

The 2011 A&M team has 2 big league starters in Michael Wacha (everyone should know him, co ace of STL) & Ross Stripling (7 inning no no before getting yanked in his very first start, 5th starter for LAD). RF Tyler Naquin is starting for the Tribe, batting .333 in his rookie year.

Wright never made it past low A ball. The rest of those guys were either AAA or MLB. Not sure how that team lost 13 SEC games.

Yall need to give more context. I follow baseball fairly closely, but I couldn't recognize these guys as big leagues, minor leagues, or future hall of famers.

I doubt anybody in the SEC has ever had 4 MLB allstars on the same team like that great MSU bunch. Back in the day it's possible some of the great Arizona State or USC teams might have come close.
I've seen several LSU teams produce 6 or 7 guys who made it to the Show but none with more than 1 or 2 notable guys. The '89 team did have 5 future MLB pitchers, led by the national PoY, Ben McDonald. Yet that team came up short in Omaha.

6 actually. O'Donohue didn't last long in MLB though
