Who's the most important player your team picked up on signing day that you feel will take the field and make a difference immediately?

For the Gamecocks, I feel it's clearly going to be Brandon Mcilwain. He's a four-star QB with lots of big star potential that you see in the highlights. He looks like a guy who has his head screwed on straight and he looks completely confident in his abilities as a player. An effective runner and he's got a real good arm on him too. It'd shock me a lot of he doesn't end up being a huge playmaker for Carolina in the coming years.

Probably RB BJ Emmons, he looks like the real deal and we don't have much depth at RB. I haven't been impressed with Damien Harris.

After watching his film, Jonah Williams is going to buttfrick every end and tackle in the conference once he has a year or two under his belt.

I checked out some of the big highlights of his and DAYUM, he's fricking great! He's got the strength to make some defenders miss and then he's got some killer speed too once he takes off into open field. He's gonna be a terror for sure.

McTelvin Agim. A 280lb 5 Star Parade AA defensive end from in-state is exactly what our defense needs.

Saw him play a lot in high school last year and this. He's pretty solid, but I was surprised that he was re-evaluated to such a high ranking. He didn't blow me away when I saw him. But the coaches know better than I.

For Clemson, has to be Trayvon Mullen or Dexter Lawrence. Missing out on Gary sucked, but to get the No. 2 overall player in the country and top true DT isn't a bad consolation.

He should serve as a good backup to Scarborough until this guy gets here.

I am not saying Emmons is so important because he is an elite talent, even though he should be above average. I am saying it because we have literally two true RBs on our roster.

He will be a solid player for Alabama, and I'm certain the S&C program will transform him into another Bama RB beast

Lindsey Scott-QB. While Rashard Lawrence will have an immediate impact, I think Scott will surpass all expectations when the dust settles.

I will give y'all that. Jacob looks like something truly special. We won't know for sure until we get a game going, but I feel he's going to be a pain to deal with.

Brandon Mcilwain vs. Jacob Eason in a shootout in 2016! We all can dream, right?

it will be Kiffin as he will be in charge of finding our new rookie QB to take Bama to the promised land 3 years running.

QB Jarrett Guarantano is probably the most important long term.

Ya, Eason was definitely the most important addition this year, though as an EE technically doesn't answer the OP question directly, but indirectly is still probably accurate, since not holding on to Eason likely would have led to a pretty miserable NSD.

In terms of guys actually picked up on NSD, I think it's either one of the receivers Wims (immediate)/Simmons (long term) *or* Michail Clark... both filled needs. Gun to my head, I probably say Wims, since an experienced, big, physical receiver should be really helpful for Eason this year - as it should allow us to throw some high point out routes and fades to ideally mitigate risk from the freshman QB factor.

I'm split between Shea and Greg little.

But then I remembered bo Wallace beat BAMA so I kinda want to say little.
