Oh...you thought things couldn't get more embarrassing for the Mizzu ranters? You thought wrong.

Meet Mizzu's Rich Kid SJW

"Butler describes trying to get caught stealing food, making goofy faces in the camera and making sure staff got a good look at his face."

"Another 9-minute video, posted to YouTube in July 2011, features Butler singing about cooking crack cocaine"

etc. etc. etc.

The embarrassing part was your university bending to the demands of an apparently sociopathic, overgrown child.

Embarrassing as well how fixated some of you are on this situation. Not sure how any major college fb program could have handled the players threatening to strike. Big mouths say yank schollies and shite but then you never will get black players for decades. It was a lose lose for the University. I do not honestly know a Mizzou fan who likes what happened but I refuse to be stuck in a rut wallowing in that shite show.

Oh it's embarrassing but what do you do? It's the culture we live in today.
People are so scared at being labeled racist they react first and ask questions later.
The black students on campus bought everything this kid sold.
Black Students make up the majority of athletes on the "Big Money" sports teams.
Sports equals money.
Money, not color, always wins.
You would think this would temper knee jerk reactions to race issues but it won't. And I don't mean to discredit legit race issues. Lord knows they still exist.
But the next time a person of color cries wolf to get attention and Jessie Jackson, Al Sharpton and Black Lives Matter shows up they will all cave to the pressure.

It could not have turned out well for Mizzou and thanks to indecisive leadership it turned out fairly badly. That having been said the issue seems to be one of those tempest in a teacup things where it boils over quickly, making a lot of the folks involved in it look foolish. Or in this kid's case like the borderline sociopath that he seems to be.

If nothing else seeing all the horrible publicity and negative consequences of this at Mizzou lit a fire under other university administrators around the country to nip this sort of thing in the bud.

Thank you. Sorta like confederate flags are banned from stadiums. High schools changing mascots from rebels or native americans names, etc. That's pussification and giving in to the PC crowd right??

There was a riff between the President and faculty. It wasn't just the black protesters that did him in. Stuff been brewing for a long time. And as for losing money, a lot of universities and High Schools in Missouri are losing money or budget cuts happening.

Sorta like across the state line in Kansas and down in Louisiana and other states. Schools are facing budget cuts and losing funding.

Find us another rich kid that played a key role in getting people fired, set equal rights back a few huge steps, damaged the reputation of a university & stirred a national controversy.

Of course its newsworthy.. The poster child was a complete fraud & apparent POS.

This douchebag hurt the changes for legitimate others that really do need a voice & change.

I'm sure they wish he would have been allowed to carry out his threatened hunger strike....The media pushed the University to act. Do you think the media will now out this guy for the POS he really is?

Sure you can. Stupidity is color blind. My thing is, I find race baiters as disgusting as racists.

This kid did his damage, got his 15 minutes. Now people want to defend him.

Even before this article, only days after the event at Mizzou they had plenty of evidence to prove this kid was a fraud.

Actually, a number of universities have addressed these types of protests without the crap that happened at Mizzou. I think Ohio St. actually threatened to expel some of them if they didn't get out of a specific building.

There was one that was supposed to happen at SC even, but if I'm not mistaken members of our administration just went out there and talked to them for a bit. It was all very civil. And we aren't $32 million short because of it.
