Mizzou v USCe '05 Indy Bowl on SECN right now

this was a crazy game.
This was Spurrier's first year at USC while it was Pinkel's 5th at Mizzou.
Cocks went up 21-0 behind but then Brad Smith went for 432 yards and 4 TDs leading Mizzou on a furious comeback to win 38-31. Sidney Rice finished with 191 yards and two TDs for SCAR.

That game was the single turning point of our program and Pinkel's tenure. The following 2006 season to present day is when the program took off.
