Mizzou says at 5-7 it will pass on bowl participation consideration

Wow. Missouri becomes the first of the 5-7 schools to say it will not accept a bowl bid. ... Had the APR score.

Kind of sad a 5-7 team even has that ability

Even Mizzou's like "no, we've seen enough Mizzou football for 2015, let's just park this bus for the winter and come back in three months."

ConcernedSportsfan1950 would have caused a ruckus, otherwise.

Gary Pinkel said earlier this week he doesn't think teams with a losing record should go to a bowl.

Not every school lives and dies by team vote.

Because the team is already enough of an embarassment, losing to whatever scrub team they pit mizzou against only furthers that.

Additionally a bowl is a privilege for a good season and hard work. No one could possibly make the case that this group of young men deserve that.

They shouldn't but when it's not enough teams with a 6-6 records to take a bowl spot, It goes to 5-7 teams. I would take a bowl for 2 things. money and get underclassmen playing time . He is gone next year so why would he care
