You don't have a good game until week 5. I mean, how depressing is this:

vs. South Dakota St.
at Toledo
vs. Central Florida
vs. Indiana

I'd be bored out of my mind.

Maybe they surf the net to find things to do for their upcoming road trip to Jonesboro.

Yeah as much as it sucks to usually not have perfect season hopes after the first month, it's always really exciting having 2-3 good game the first month of the season. I mean Clemson and USCe the first two weeks, can't ask for much better.

1: After 8 months, any football is better than no football.

2: They get essentially a month's worth of practices and games that are little more than scrimmages to get better before conference play, all the while moving up in the polls as teams ahead of them lose.

There is something to be said for front loading your easy OOC games.

I used to question Mizzou being in the SEC. This shitty non conference schedule shows they truly are SEC material.

Arkansas' OOC schedule isn't much better, Tech was 7-5 last year in a bad conference and isn't much better (if any) than UCF. The other three games are UAB, Nicholls State and NIU.

Just because you have a realistic chance of losing one of your OOC games doesn't make it significantly tougher.

Well,, knowing we at least get to end our SEC season with a win, certainly helps!!

See, you're doing your part!

UCF and Toledo are probably both better than Indiana which is at least a midling B1G team. So yea, agree..

Why are Arkansas fans talking trash? Two or three of those teams are better than the Hogs.

Didn't UCF go to a BCS bowl. They are decent. Gave Mizzou a game 2yrs ago. Believe they gave South Carolina a good game too.

Loading up on early OCC's was the XII way of scheduling, so we're still working through previous things.

You're right though, starting with all OCC games has allowed Missouri to build momentum and work through their offensive and defensive kinks (including in 2013) without destroying a season right out of the gate.

They're bertdelusion is like west-nile,, ie they've lost their fujking minds.

So we open the season at home in a stadium that is one year removed from having an entire end revamped and will now have an entire side revamped that is all new for this season.

We have the SEC East champ team returning with some new faces in key places, like at QB, we don't need a huge challenge right off the bat, just watching some new players will be entertainment enough.

We have a new network to watch EVERY game on that doesn't get picked up by a big network, so we get even better coverage this year.

Yea gee, I just can't get fuking worked up for this season at all...

I love watching Mizzou beat up on cupcakes. Sadly we have to wait until Thanksgiving for the biggest cupcake.

There definitely has been a lot of trash talking from Arkansas already this year. Must be delirious from the heat or something.
