What's the general mood on campus? I assume 90% of the people against what is going on. At least I hope.

What about folks that have kids going to college in the next few years? As an alum of Mizzou would you in good conscious send your kid there after what we've seen.

I wold hope my school would have enough balls to tell these morons to go kick rocks, but it could happen anywhere.

Yep this about sums it up for all the sane people on campus. You're right I'd say it's about 90% of people around here are pissed. Go look at the Mizzou board. You got some of the most die hard Mizzou fans on here now wanting to turn their kids away from attending the University of Missouri after this mess.

We don't like the idea that these so called "activist" can just go get the football team and force anyone they don't like to resign. But...but...but he didn't say anything about the poop swastika or the drunk redneck that drove by calling the protestors the "N" word. Is it because he was busy dealing with other financial matters? Hell no he's white and he must be racist for not giving us attention! I still love Mizzou but not the result of this protest. The guy didn't deserve to lose his job.

This could have gone down in a better fashion. We could have given him a chance to make things right and come to a civilized compromise to promote equality on campus but nope. Football team won't play and some student is starving himself to death to become the victim. frick this shite.

Well then dammit, it's time for that 90% to step up and take action.

I believe that the rest of the student body should boycott this concerned 1950s(btw stupidest shite I have ever heard) group and demand that they be removed from the campus. get the football team involved and starve themselves.

You mean the same fans that always want some member of Pinkel's staff ousted because they know more about football then him? I don't feel any love towards the protestors at all but find the "outraged" Mizzou fans quite funny. "Wolfe was a good family fan!" So are Yost and Henson.

Agree but it's difficult to do once you've been neutered

Missouri would have benefited from a FB team boycott. The improvement on offense would have been tremendous. The defensive production probably goes down. I believe Missouri with replacement players could have made ATl and Beat Bama.

I'd like to see Missouri removed from the SEC. And I'm not the only one.

Yes. Nothing violent or dangerous at all has happened so far. There's been verbal exchanges, some poop art in a bathroom that got removed, one dude going on a hardcore diet for a few days and probably losing a pound or two, a system president resigning as well as a chancellor who was on his way out anyway due to unrelated issues, and tons and tons of people peacefully exercising their first amendment right to free speech.

Put that all together and you have a whole lot of...nothing to get excited about much less concerned for my kid over.

That is downplaying a little. This is making international news. The poop swastika heard around the world.
