She was Teen Miss South Carolina...and yes, it was her.
The Iraq and such as answer.
Pissed me the hell off...once upon a time I was Teen Miss SC....well, there's different branches of pageants. One leads to Teen Miss USA and one to Teen Miss America. She was the SC rep for Teen Miss USA. I was the rep for Teen Miss America. But...the interview on stage is difficult. Nerve-wracking.

It really is. A lot of ppl do not realize just how cut-throat it is. And expensive as hell. If you don't have sponsors, you'd better be taking out a second mortgage.
