Southerners can't even put together a proper sentence? Why did we join this shitty conference?!

The quality level of trolling in this thread is disappointing.

Although somewhat true, baseball and football season don't have much overlap. We still avg 68k last season, not too shabby

It's one week off for me after the last Cardinals game each year. Then let the talk of contract extensions and free agents begin. Next thing you know it's time for pitcher's and catcher's to report, followed by spring training exhibition games, all leading up to opening day. If there's time for football in there somewhere so be it.

And for the record, we haven't finished putting our schedule together because we have a dilemma. The weekend of 9/14 the Cards have interleague play against the Mariners. Can't really schedule football that weekend. But the weekend of 9/28 the Cards play the dreaded Cubs. Definitely can't play football that weekend.

But that doesn't help solve our problem. Maybe we could play a Thursday night game. The Cards have an off night on the 26th.

KC, I don't know what the Royals are doing those weekends, but I see no way we can play football and baseball at the same time.

I say that because there is no other SEC school that would consider MLB ahead of college football in making a schedule.

I don't know, but I might guess KC could be a Royals fan.
