Shitbox early 90's red Honda Civic. Passenger opens door at red light and tosses a McDonald's cup underneath the car at the light on 6th St. In front of Fayetteville HS.
Seems like every litterer I've ever seen in NWA is from Oklahoma or Missouri or an immigrant. You trashy fricks.
Southerners have respect for their lands and don't shite where they eat. Yes we have county prisoners and community service people pick up trash on Saturdays. We'd prefer they didn't have much to do though.

Didn't know Arkansas would do that. I think I will call FPD to offset the $70 that I'm about to give them for excercising my freedom to not wear a stupid seatbelt in city traffic.

And Missouri wasn't a total yankees state. It was pretty confederate, pick up a book and research why the yankees of kansas fought with Quantrill and why he and his raiders burnt low rents kansas to the ground

Give them a call, if nothing else the FPD will have a plate number to look out for, possibly take a meth lab off the road.
