Missouri HC Cantidate - Jim Svoboda

You may not have heard the name before, but this guy is a solid DII coach who has been 47-22 in his 6 years at Central Missouri in Warrensburg. His teams are fundamentally sound and don't beat themselves.
I know a lot of Missouri fans want and expect some sort of "splash" hire, but that's just not what Missouri is about. They are a hard working, "lunchpail" program who finds diamonds in the rough and coaches them up. The first few years may be rough under Svoboda, but he is just cleaning up the program and changing the culture.

How about Kevin Wilson from Indiana? Lost toOSU, Iowa, and Michigan by 1 touchdown. Beat Missouri on the road last year. OC at Oklahoma before coming to Indiana. Next year he will win those close games. Record sucks but making Indiana competative is very HCGP like. Doing more with less.

How about Josh Henson to South Carolina? Seems like a good fit. A joke coach to a joke program.

Maybe. I'd say a 28% win percentage may be achievable first year, but last in the conference

I don't see any actually proven coach wanting this shitty job and it's kind of funny to see Missouri fans who think they are getting a big name

I love how we lose Sumlin but Herman goes to USC. We lose Sumlin than Herman is coming to College Station.
