Missouri has a good chance of beating Alabama

With the crappy performance we had before the bye, the desperation mode that Missouri is in, and the fact that it will be a hostile environment on the road, we could definitely lose this game. Anyone else worried?

Don't know if you are serious but any time Bama plays an SEC team I get nervous. I am not the shite talking type anyway and I know a bunch of the talk going on is just trolling but yes I am worried about this game.

unless there is some odd time warp where the game is played in the mid 1970's, you're fine. If Alabama gets off the team bus tomorrow and fans have their hair parted down the middle, wearing bell bottoms, the equipment guy has white tear-a-way jerseys tucked under his belt,etc, you are screwed.

I actually considered starting a thread to discuss the game (specifically what Mizzou fans think the defensive plan will be) but I figured it would get shat upon so I didn't.

You don't need to worry. We are starting a redshirt freshman QB who is still learning his head from his arse because our starter is injured. Literally half of our offensive line is injured and the all of the remaining healthy players are playing out of position and it shows. Our big play threat at running back has been out since the end of last year with an ACL injury. And our play calling this year has been suspect. Result being us having trouble moving the ball at all against the likes of Arizona State, UCF and Vandy...so needless to say the chances of our offense moving the ball against Bama are literally zero.
Our defense is actually pretty good this year with some individual standouts - Sheldon Richardson on the line, EJ Gaines at corner, etc - that typically does enough to keep us in games for at least a little while. Your terrific O-line against Sheldon and our good defensive ends might be a midly interesting matchup. For a little while. But our offense will do absolutely nothing and hence our defense will get very quickly worn down and run over and the slaughter will commence in earnest.
