Missouri fans - how did the basketball roster get so bad?

In order.
1. ex-AD Alden. Hired and micro-managed them.
2. Haith and the NCAA.
3. Quinn Snyder.
4. Suitcase Mike not recruiting.
For this big of a cluster, it took multiple talent.

Started with mike anderson failing to recruit the class of 2012. Had 7 seniors I think. By the time Haith came in, there weren't any recruits. So Haith took transfers and some crud freshman who ended up leaving. Haith failed to recruit as he left as well. Pissing away 2 out of the 5 last recruiting classes doesn't work.
Class of 2012
Denmon, M. Pressey, English, Moore, Ratliffe....with Bowers out due to an ACL tear(redshirted)...and taking 3 transfers with scholarships (bell, ross, Brown). Had 0 freshman on that team.
Took in Oriahki (senior UConn transfer), Criswell (juco), and 5 freshman (only one still on team-Rosburg)
The next year Dixon got kicked off the team, bowers bell and oriahki were seniors, phil pressey leaves early for NBA. took in jordan clarkson on transfer.
Took in 3 freshman who left after 2 years. 1 Juco Post., and wes clark. Brown and Clarkson leave for NBA, along with senior criswell.
So that led to last year taking in 5 freshman. and then taking another 4 freshman this year.

And to think one of the reasons the SEC added Missouri was to bolster our basketball perception.

1. Anderson wouldn't get his arse out of CoMo to recruit his last year-ish. There was a ton of local talent, and he made zero effort the last part.
2. Haith was horrible, but Alden low balled every agent of coaches looking to move on. Low balled them badly. It was such a horrible hire, that the boosters demanded their BOC not allow his contract. BOC feared a black eye, allowed contract,and Haith committed many Haith Crimes while here.
3. During haiths reign, he recruited poorly and took many transfers, so there was zero stability. By the time he was shown the door, any coach was fricked, the talent was not there.
4. Now we have to wait it out with Kim Anderson, and once the sanctions are up, right the wrongs. Immediately.
It really all started with hiring Quin Snyder, and then the rest played out as it could of.
1 bad hire can put u many years behind, and cause several more bad hires.

No need to blame, everyone is seeing how poor of a coach he is, when his system doesn't work. And how horrible of a coach he is, on the road.
They were warned, it was never "40 minutes of hell", Anderson could only muster "40 minutes of what the frick"
