OFFICIAL MISSISSIPPI STATE SCRIMMAGE LIVE REPORT

Last Saturday, I attended the live scrimmage of the Mississippi State Football Team. It was great. I attended with two of my friends, an Ole Miss fan and a high school coach from Alabama(Auburn fan).

HOW DID THE TEAM LOOK?

The entire team was well-conditioned. After the national anthem was finished, the entire football team marched out of the locker room behind Dan Mullen. Chris Jones looks to be quite a bit bigger than last year, my Alabama(Auburn fan) friend said that he looks like he's touching 6'8", maybe 350lbs and he's an expert on this.

My Ole Miss friend also noted that his legs were far more toner than Robert Nkemdiche's legs. This may help him accelerate faster. Everytime he ran, we could feel a breeze brush our faces and it made my nose itch really badly but I didn't scratch it because I had dirt on my hands.

WHAT ABOUT DAK PRESCOTT

Dak Prescott showed out. He was grand. My Alabama(Auburn fan) friend said he looked like a shiftier Cam Newton, I noted this as well. It was like Cam Newton's body but with Johnny Football feet. Even though our defense was incredibly fast(we're talking NFL, possibly NASCAR fast), Dak Prescott was able to put on a show.

My Ole Miss fan friend said that our defensive line made Ole Miss's defensive line look like they were moving in reverse, I didn't understand what this meant. Dak Prescott looked pretty hot and toned as well.

WHAT ABOUT FOOTBALL TEAM?

All of the positions looked incredibly, everybody was really toned and looked really fast. The only point of concern was tight-end. With our wide-receivers, running backs, and quarterbacks so athletically intimidating, maybe we didn't need a tight end and it was a bit of an overkill.

After the scrimmage was over, there were tables set up on the field for fans to eat with the players. I thought this was a nice touch, to really get to know the players. It was a spaghetti dinner. Josh Robinson started a food fight after throwing his plate of spaghetti at Dan Mullen. It really chaotic until Dak Prescott stepped in and asked for everyone to stop the spaghetti foodfight, this showed a lot about Dak Prescott's ability to lead and the respect that the players had for Dak Prescott, something that was painfully lacking with Tyler Russell.

OVERALL HOW DO YOU THINK THIS SEASON WILL BE

I think last season really woke up the sleeping giant of Mississippi State and all of the coaches are taking notice. We're not the darkhorse anymore, we are reasonably feared by all other teams(especially LSU) and this season I see us doing stuff that people don't normally do.

This post is like watching a dude having a wet dream.

It is disturbing. But, the dude seems to be having such a good time in his fantasy, you almost don't want to wake him up.

We were only allowed one picture, so I took the above picture right before the player set up the tables for the spaghetti dinner.

The players had to eat their spaghetti through their helmets which was hilarious until Jameon Lewis started choking in the middle of the food fight which caused Dak Prescott to calm everyone down.

No, that's actually not the funniest thing about it.
