Probably a similar issue to the dome in be Superbowl. Faulty relay causes a disconnect in some switch gear.

The difference is New Orleans had nothing to gain. Moo St has everything to gain.

Yeah I'd be livid if I was Arizona.
I said it in the game thread ... but this stuff is nuts (though not unusual in MS).
Things I only ever experienced during the worst Hurricanes in Houston seemed to happen with regularity in Oxford--on sunny days.
I don't understand how this happens.
