What is it? I know this is us making fun of it, but is this a common thing for State players?

Train whistle... used when a running QB comes in short yardage situations.

Blake Bell from Oklahoma made it popular.

It was dumbshit Merlins' arrogance biting them in the arse again. They make Choo-Choo train references or whatever the hell it is when they put Prescott in and plan on running up the gut. It's his way of saying "We're coming right at you and telling you before we do it."

Backfired.

Pretty sure that's just CJ "Big Rig" Johnson honking the air horn.

That's pretty stupid on a 4th down play.

Never seen them do it until Egg Bowl.

Blake Bell (aka the Bell-dozer) does it after he scores TDs.

The funny shite is that Freeze was trolling MSU at the end of the game doing the train motion as well.

It was on camera need to make a gif of it

neither have I but I figured this was another dumbass idea Merlins' conjured up.

The fact that this was stolen from someone else who made it famous long ago is pretty fitting though.

Watched the replay last night. That exact play....did you see when they showed Wommack in the press box? you can plainly see him repeat "they're going to throw it."

Sure enough......jump pass over the middle.

87,000 or so used to do it in unison at Kyle Field 5+ years ago in short yardage goal line situations when the J-Train Javorski Lane would come in. So Blake Bell not even that original.

Yeah I remember others have done it, Bell's the only guy I see doing it nowadays.

We used to do that on the school bus in elementary school to get the truck drivers to honk their horns.
