Well the backup went 6/14 100 yards, 1 pick, 1 fumble without completing a pass in the second half....against a FCS team

Competition is good. We want the best qb on the field. Les knows what he's doing and it'll work itself out.

LSU's practice should be interesting. This is something that can divide a team along the lines of Black vs White, Especially since he is considered an outsider transferring from Purdue.

Etling's 2nd half stats were kind of deceiving. He had some penalties take plays away, a few drops, and an interception, but he still played well and the offense played well around him especially the Oline. It almost looks like the O had given up on Harris and were just going through the motions.
At worse it will keep the fans engaged and at best LSU will at least be competitive.
