The Big 12's days were numbered the moment they invited four Texas teams to that conference. Inviting four Texas schools gave the Texas schools and more importantly Texas way too much power. And then when Texas A&M left, they compounded the issue by adding another Texas school in TCU instead of Louisville. That is why the Big 12 is in the state they are in right now.
