The team you've played exactly twice in the in the past 13 years?

By that criteria, FAU is a bigger in-state rival You've played them 3 times.

Since 2000, we've played them 4 times and have another game scheduled with them in 2019.

How many times has Auburn played a 2nd P5 OOC school in the last 13 years? UF plays two Power 5 schools OOC more than most (especially in the SEC), kind of difficult to criticize who and where we play considering.

Only once, in 2007 when we opened with Kansas State and USF (who was in the Big East at the time).

By my count you've done it 3 times since 2005, counting the USF game in 2010. So yeah, a lot more than we have, but not much to brag about.

FWIW, thanks to their ACC ins-state rivalries both SCarolina and UGa have played two P5 OOC opponents in the same year more often than y'all have.

Not bragging. Just pointing out that there are very few schools that could legitimately attempt to criticize UF's schedule.

Don't see a blowout either way. It'll be tough to overcome loss of two starters on offense though. I'm afraid it will be M in a close one - hope I'm wrong.

What was the trivia question? Who had the toughest strength of schedule
a: Notre Dame
b: Florida
c: Gainsville High School

Then your "stat" might be correct. Other than that, there's no frickin way.

There's many different ways to calculate SOS and they'll all come up with different results, but none of them would come up with Florida that high. What is all time? Michigan started playing in 1879, Alabama started in 1892, Florida started in 1906.

Do you really think they have SOS rankings from those years? Are they weighted for "Quality" of the opponents? Most use some variation of Opponent Records and Opponents Opponents records. If they're not weighted then you can get a higher rating by playing a semi-decent MAC team over a much better lower ranked P5 team.

Just going back to 2010, do you think your SOS is comparable to Alabama, LSU, Southern Cal or many other schools? It's not.
