I guess you didn't see his offense in the middle of last season before Sean White and Pettway went down with injuries

Sure we did. Those guys scored 18 on us I think =)

Much like 2013, the LSU game was the turning point in the season offensively.

He could light the world on fire or he could be mediocre.
So either way a huge upgrade for LSU

No. The truth is that NOBODY has a clue which guy will do a better job. Give them a few games to draw an opinion...all you got now is wishing and hoping.

LOL Daboll's career mirrors Cam Cameron's...up and coming QB coach hired as an NFL OC then jumps around to 3 different NFL teams in a couple of years and then picked up as a TE coach somewhere then back to college.

You would still take Canada over Daboll. At this point, you are crazy not to.

You guys have been hanging your hopes and dreams on new and wonderful coaches that go in and out of your program for some years now...don't try to tell me or anybody else who is going to be better and who won't...y'all have no credibility in that area at all.

Alabama's Daboll comes from The New England Patriots

.... He was a TE coach for the New England Patriots

Also glosses over the fact that every NE coach that leaves seems to be a trainwreck. Charlie Weiss was supposedly a genius OC

Bill Belichick is the genius behind New England, every other coach just tries to keep up

tell me about how your input led to nick saban getting the job at bama.

what exactly have you done but ride the coattails of saban to tears of joy?

The word is he had to run to the bathroom and take care of business when he saw the athletes that LSU had compared to Pitt
This line has never made much sense. Did he shite himself when he saw the athletes on Bama's defense, too?

You are gumping hard.

One coach has proven he can be successful in college, as he was nominated for the top OC in the country

One coach never could hold onto an OC job in the NFL and has zero experience as a college OC.

To say it is literally "up in the air" is completely disingenuous.

He took two castoffs from Fla and Tenn and turned them into NFL QB's, that's enough for me right now looking back at LSU QB play outside of Mett.

Didn't Saban hire him at Michigan St.? Look, nobody has a clue as to whether either man will succeed of fail at their new job. The important aspect of this debate is whether their TEAM will succeed or not.....and I'm betting on Daboll's team!......by the way, where did Gus come from?

...and your team continually proves that those criteria aren't the guides to success....look at the results/facts.
