Matt Canada is one of the most overrated coordinators in college football

In fact I remember him at Wisconsin in 2012 or 2013. Their offense put up a whopping 7 points in a loss to Oregon State. Only 16 on Utah State, 14 on Ohio State and Wisconsin had a record of something like 7-6. If I were LSU, I would hire Greg Roman. He is who ran Harbaugh's Stanford and 49er offense and put up huge offensive displays.

LOL
Stanford ran a power spread offense. They could go 5-wide, get the ball to TE's, etc. Beautiful offense. Canada's was mainly out if the I-formation, he mixed in jet sweeps and had a cool play called the "barge".

Can he put up more than 0 against Bama because if so I'm all in!

I guess we should disregard his recent success and any success he has in the future because of a few games five years ago. Sucks for him.

By your logic of looking at the worst games by a coach, Nick Saban is a terrible defensive coach.
He gave up 43 to Ole Miss and 30 to Arkansas. Wofford gave up less vs Ole Miss and LaTech gave up less vs Arky.
Right numbnut?

If Dave Aranda wants Canada then I want Canada, plain and simple.
I bet Aranda knows a little bit more about football than you.

Also in regards to that season at Wisconsin-apparently he told Bret to frick off and proceeded to drop 70 on Nebraska

Are you ignoring the fact that he ran very few plays out of the I formation at NC State and Pitt, or are you just that ignorant?

I wasn't aware that Aranda was calling the shots.

A compliment to Bama by William Taylor? I figured your welching arse wasn't capable of using logic. But you're still a pussy arse welcher.

Reportedly, Wisc HC made Canada run that type of offense. Canada and Bielema had issues over control of the offense. He finally turned Canada loose in the B1G CG. Wisc ran different stuff and scored 70 points.
Canada's repertior now is multiple/adaptable.
Back then Saban and Kiffin weren't running the kind of offense they run now.
Oklahoma has gone Air Raid with Riley as OC.
Good coaches evolve as the game does.
Didn't tOSU have some trouble on offense at times this season? Beat Mich. St. 17-16 -- they were fortunate Dumbtonio went for two instead of one to tie and go to overtime.

I seem to remember a touchdown or two in that Big 10 championship that year
