No one is actually thankful for bad things that happen to them. It's just part of the acceptance phase when suffering with greif.

One of my favorite non-AU players ever. Love that guy.

As highlights of former Ohio State standout running back Ezekiel Elliott appear, Lattimore isn't sold. He likes Elliott's power and play away from the ball, but his overall speed needs work, Lattimore says, and he doesn't see him as "the complete back" yet. "Not like Fournette," Lattimore says, speaking of LSU junior star Leonard Fournette, who will no doubt be a Heisman favorite again in 2016.

There is definitely more to life than just football.
Some never realize that.

Marcus was a good running back but he's not a LF. Lattimore couldn't take a hit without loosing conciousness or tearing something. His body is frail.

Aside from the two knee injury which were unrelated and both freak accidents, he left a game with injury once and set state records in high school. His "frailty" is overstated. The hits that tore up his knees would have done the same to anyone.

But you are correct, LF probably has a better build for a long NFL career.

ETA: Marcus is my neighbor now, he needs to cut his grass. Should I take care of it?

I saw the first one from about 50 feet away. He was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. I felt so bad for him.

Lattimore has experienced more success than Fournette has so far. He won his division and had back-to-back 11 win seasons with top ten finishes. The highlight of Fournette's career is a Texas Bowl victory.

As for Lattimore being frail, I call bullshite. His major injuries were basically freak accidents that just happen in football. Take your illiterate trolling elsewhere.

I think about Willis McGhee. He tore his acl in the national championship game but went on to have a very successful NFL career.

I'm not saying everyone could do that but people like percy harven and others have. That being said, I have a lot of respect for Marcus. He signed with his home school while people like Damien Harris run off to alabama.

Hooked on phonics aside, Lattimore got knocked out twice and tore ligaments in both knees. It happens, just more to Lattimore.

The NFL has a term for this it's called injury prone.
