Everything points to Richt going to the ACC if he decides to re-enter the coaching ranks, from what I've heard.

It sounds like Richt will probably take a year off before getting back into coaching.

It's not surprising that Richt is in demand. Mark is a known commodity and a risk free hire for any AD. Richt just might take a few of our recruits including Eason.

Here at UGA we intend to roll the dice for an unproven DC who always had Saban to lean on. In any event, it's pretty clear that Eason is gone somewhere else.

Well, we all know the five schools are ...

SCAR
UVA
Maryland
Mizzou
Miami

SCAR is the closest to his friends and family.

SCAR would give him a shot at some revenge maybe ... who knows. I've never considered revenge a great motivator or good reason for anything. He probably doesn't either.

He could recruit his old stomping grounds.

SCAR would be able to offer the most money.

I dunno what to think of all of this quite honestly.

My sources tell me that DALSU will start a thread at 2am tonight with insider information that Richt will become LSU's new OC. Be there at 2am, and don't tell the mods we're going to be having this conversation.

He's coming to TAMU as OC. His first act of business, per his contract, will be to do to Jake Spavital what Zed did to Marcellus in Pulp Fiction, then telling him to go fold the towels.
