My god this place would implode with smack talk if it happened but LSU won the rematch. The state of Alabama would have a nuclear meltdown.

The same thing can be said literally every year before the season starts. The B1G could get 2 teams into the playoff this year too. Undefeated OSU vs. undefeated Iowa in the B1G championships game.
I mean the perfect end of worlds is when the 5 conferences champs all go undefeated. It will happen one of these days and then one conference will know it doesn't have a fair shake. That conference will not be the SEC or B1G

Let's just have an 8 team playoff and drastically cut all this crap. Pick the top 8 teams, regardless of conference. And don't worry if three of them are from the SEC West. Nobody would bitch when the ACC or Big East had multiple No. 1 seeds in the NCAA Basketball Tournament.

I think Bama loses 2 or even more games this yer. No offense to you, and you still have a revolving door of top talent, but QB concerns and a RB core that is not close to as experiences as they were last year are going to cost you.
Maybe your WR core will save you. Ridley is obviously a star, and if Foster and Stewart stay healthy, the bunch of them will be a top core of receivers.
If someone can throw it to them.

Clemson won't have the schedule to overcome a loss to Florida State unless Auburn and USC are both a lot better than they are expected to be.

Not going to happen. I agree with the if Tenn is 11-1 and beats Alabama in the SECCG they have to be in the playoffs. Hell I think Alabama and LSU will be looking from the outside. A loss to Tennessee would more than likely knock Alabama out the playoffs even at 12-1.

Bama in a bowl game, good. Bama in a bowl game that matters, not good for us. It would be fun, but I would probably be stressed as frick.
