Jones signed with Hutchinson (Kan.) Community College after being dismissed from Alabama this spring following a marijuana arrest.
Jones was the Tide's fourth-leading rusher last fall with 224 yards on 36 carries. He was suspended from the practice field during the second bye week in the fall for disciplinary reasons as well.
