Has the talent to be Green Bay's next Donald Driver.

He and Kelly are best value picks of the 7th round... maybe the last day of draft.

So why hasn't that hurt other lsu receivers in the past? Run oriented offense isn't what hurt him.

Malachi Dupre has a load of talent, but he played in a run oriented offense.
Yeah, hurt his rating out of high school playing at Curtis, too.

Like someone said, if he had 1st round talent he would've been taken way sooner.

He should've come back. He's lucky he got drafted at all. He was told as much when he got graded.

And I'm a Curtis alum.

It's a shame his talent was wasted in Baton Rouge.

He had amazing athleticism coming out of high school, but he did not put the time in and develop the raw talent. First play where Etling takes over QB was a pass to Dupre, which hits his hands and he drops it. That was more or less the summary of his career at LSU. If he doesn't work harder in the pro's, he's going to have a short career there.

It's a shame. Kid wanted to play for the home state team and it wasn't a good situation for him. He would have been roasted and ostracized if he went somewhere else out of high school though.

Dropping so many passes didn't help either...
That's what happens when you hire WR Coaches that have never actually played the position and are clueless on how to effectively teach it.

Ardarius Stewart went way ahead of him. Stewart was a 3 star, Dupree was a 5 star.
