ETA: I do find it funny that I didn't know about this until a thread made by Arky told me. 1st reply by Ole Miss; 2nd reply by Aggie.

Definitely a surprise, as even if Les is confident the charges will be dropped (here the story is that the girlfriend allegedly came after him with a knife), Les will suspend guys until the DA's office sorts things out. Doesn't look great, especially given the climate around domestic abuse and football players. Les usually does his due diligence and makes a decision but lets the legal process play out before reinstatement.

Trey LMFAO was shown the door before the legal process played out, and allegedly Bain was told he was no longer welcome at LSU even after the DA's office declined to press charges.

My guess here is that Les is confident enough that Domond will be cleared, plus he's too good of a player to have him miss time right now.

Sad that you're worried about things like this and laughing about it when a criminal is allowed on your roster

Seriously why are you getting your panties in a bunch over Jovonte Domond, our 3rd string transfer OT?

What is upsetting you about Domond's eligibility?

Yeah, kind of like how Sumlin circumvented that pesky, much ballyhooed aggie code of honor by ignoring pretty apparent substance abuse problems from his incoming starters at QB.

One was used up by Sumlin and then shown a quick exit when it was apparent he was no longer needed.

The other was Sumlin's ticket to a $5 million payday.

Once Sumlin was done making money off of him, Manziel wound up in rehab, since it was obvious no one at tamu tried to curb his behavior once it spiraled out of control.

Apparently drinking and doing a little blow is worse than choking and beating a woman in your eyes. Wow

With today's seriousness of domestic violence no way in hell would Miles reinstate him if he did not know which way this would end up.

I thought we were still innocent until proven guilty in this country but it sure seems just the opposite.
